1. General Terms and Conditions
All bookings and payments made on our website or through our booking channels are subject to the terms outlined in this Refund and Returns Policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Flexible Rate Bookings:
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge of the total amount of the reservation. - Non-Refundable Bookings (Period from December 1st to February 28th):
No refunds will be granted for non-refundable rates, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Date changes are only possible upon consultation with the Hotel by phone, subject to availability.
3. No-Show Policy
In case of a no-show (the guest does not arrive without informing the hotel), 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed via the same payment method used for the booking.
- A period of 5 to 10 business days may be required for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Booking Modifications
Changes to dates or room type are subject to availability and may result in a rate difference.
Any modification request must be made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds or modifications related to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
